Jr Designer

Aquent Studios is seeking an experienced Jr Digital/Print Designer to be part of our leading Health Solutions client, supporting their diverse creative initiatives.This part-time role is perfect for a designer with 3 - 5 years of professional experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, balancing creative excellence with production precision across both print and digital platforms. • Capable of presenting creative rationale and design adjustments • Proficient in working with project briefs and clarifying objectives • Comfortable collaborating with copywriters and developers • Strong project/time management skills; can self-manage workloads and deadlines • Ability to pivot quickly and respond to fast-turn requests • Open to feedback and iterative improvement • Keeps current on design tools, industry trends, and best practices • Familiarity with A/B testing concepts • Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and creative knowledge of SMS/RCS communications in a B2C environment. • Motion design skills (Adobe After Effects or similar) As an Aquent Studio team member, you'll have the opportunity to engage with the largest and most influential companies in the world, solving design challenges and extending their brands across tactic types and platforms, including digital design, UI/UX, video, motion, content, print design, web development, and more.
