Jr. Digital Designer

At RCCO, a Jr. Digital Designer will work collaboratively with all departments – creative direction, design, production, and account service to deliver strategic campaigns and creative to the client. Responsibilities Work closely and collaboratively with creative directors, art directors, designers, digital, and account teams in a fast-paced environment.Perform general digital production and design work, including resizing, editing, and proofing assets, preparing files for development, and production of campaign assets.Maintain brand consistency across all projects.Produce work that demonstrates a strategic approach to all concepts and designs at all stages of a project.·Concept and design across digital channels and take an active role in integrated campaign development across multiple client projects, including websites, emails, social media, paid advertising design, and more.Create innovative user experiences based on an understanding of customer needs and brand guidelines.Communicate original concepts through sketches, wireframes, visual comps, and interactive prototypes.Stay at the forefront of digital design trends within the marketing, digital, and advertising industry; present ideas and concepts for the application of digital innovation.
