Jr Digital Designer (full-time)

Job Description We are looking for a Junior Digital Designer who is eager to enhance their skills while creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. Location: Greater St. Louis area (5 days in office) Salary: $75k Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in design, digital media, or a related field—or a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills • 1 to4 years of experience designing across email, web, and interactive channels • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma • Experience with email creation tools such as Stripo, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or Braze • Solid working knowledge of HTML and CSS with keen attention to detail • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus but not required • An interest in UX principles and understanding how design influences user experience • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills • A proactive approach and ability to meet deadlines consistently
