Essential Functions • Assist in the creation of digital assets, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and digital advertisements • Support the development of visual concepts and designs for homepages, landing pages, and email concepts based on brand guidelines... • Assist in the creation of digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms (social, display, advertising, eCommerce, websites, mobile apps, etc. based on brand guidelines • Test assets and optimize based on their performance • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule • Create visualizations (either by hand or via a software program) which convey accurate messaging and undertones as dictated by the project • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions • Manage daily project status within the areas of the marketing department within the project management system • Stay up to date on new FASTer Way initiatives and brand vision • Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately • Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities • Assist in the maintenance and organization of digital asset libraries for easy access and retrieval • Other duties as assigned • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, Canva, and other graphic design software • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects • Excellent eye for details
