Job Responsibilities: • Develops and prepares creative assets including development, re-sizing, and file export. • Modifies and manipulates illustrations and photography for creative assets and presentations. • 2-4 years of relevant design experience in an agency or marketing environment • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment • Must be highly organized and able to multitask • Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Must demonstrate a willingness to take and apply feedback to improve • Must have a keen eye for detail • Must be able to quickly adopt and apply the company’s brand standards • Demonstrate a strong eye for effective typography, iconography, color, and balanced page layouts Preferred Qualifications: • Experience creating 2D motion graphics.
