A portfolio is required for consideration; applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, images, and other design elements that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. This position requires a strong creative skill set, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent work experience • 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or related industry • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other graphic design software • UX/UI Experience • Excellent attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate design ideas effectively • Strong time management and project management skills • You must include a link to your portfolio to be considered. Compensation: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, $28-$31/per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
