As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with the Marketing Director and team members across our leasing and development teams to create a wide range of materials. What We’re Looking For • A team player who communicates clearly and professionally—both in writing and in person • Someone who’s flexible and responsive, able to adjust quickly based on feedback or shifting needs • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset when working with internal teams • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop) • Some experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (beginner to intermediate is great!) What You’ll Be Doing • Design flyers and brochures using our branded templates or design standards • Create original designs for new projects—bring your ideas to the table! • Your Background: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (preferred) • 1–2 years of experience as part of a creative team—in-house or agency • Experience or interest in digital marketing, social media, or web design is a big plus • Work Schedule & Location:
