As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with the Marketing Director and team members across our leasing and development teams to create a wide range of materials. What We’re Looking For: • A team player who communicates clearly and professionally—both in writing and in person • Someone who’s flexible and responsive, able to adjust quickly based on feedback or shifting needs • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset when working with internal teams • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop) • Some experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (beginner to intermediate is great!) What You’ll Be Doing: • Design flyers and brochures using our branded templates or design standards • Create original designs for new projects—bring your ideas to the table! This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position based in Downtown Austin, Texas. We offer a hybrid work schedule to help you balance your work and personal life.
