As a result, for the first time in U.S. history, individuals are faced with the likelihood that they will have a lower standard of living than their parents. We’re looking for a Junior Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role. This is a remote role for a hands-on, detail-oriented creative who can support both visual design and day-to-day marketing execution. Ideal Candidate • 1–2 years of experience in design • Strong portfolio of digital design work, especially for social and email • Comfortable using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Familiarity with email tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp • Detail-oriented, organized, and communicative • Startup or fintech experience a plus • Bonus Skills: Video editing or light animation (for reels, paid ads, and explainer content).
