Reports to: Art Director Our HQ in Oklahoma City is home to a full creative and product development team that brings our products — and our brand — to life. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who’s ready to dive in. Competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities): • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign) • Familiarity with digital asset creation for web, email, and social media • Understanding of file preparation for both digital and print production • Solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy • Awareness of current design trends and best practices across platforms • Ability to work within brand guidelines while contributing fresh visual ideas • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Receptive to feedback and eager to grow professionally • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively • Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude • Internship or up to 1 year of professional design experience (including student work or freelance projects).
