This fast-paced field requires both independent and collaborative work as we continue the legacy of natural imagery and aesthetics for which Bass Pro Shops is known. • Manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines, design specifications and budget restrictions • Follow creative direction of the company and replicate a consistent brand image • Work closely with Designers, Art Directors, and Creative Director to discuss project requirements and conceptualize design concepts as needed • Determine appropriate size and arrangement of copy and photography, as well as font style and size • Review final layouts and provide creative suggestions and direction when necessary • Collaborate across departments to develop an excellent customer and brand experience for all marketing functions • All other duties as assigned Preferred Degree: Degree and significant coursework in Graphic Design preferred • Portfolio showing skills in multiple aspects of design required • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work in a quick and efficient manner to meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail • Creatively talented with the ability to multi-task daily • Demonstrated knowledge of print and digital concepts • Excellent communicator with ability to receive and implement detailed written instruction • Professional, organized, and enthusiastic team player willing to work on a wide range of projects • Ability to bring a concept to life by creating a strong visual message with a targeted purpose • Thorough understanding of the production process to prepare final art files for print
