We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who’s obsessed with beauty, has a sharp eye for design, and is ready to create scroll-stopping content while learning the ropes of packaging design. Major Green Flags If You: • Stay up to date on TikTok trends but also appreciate a perfectly curated and designed social layout • Have a saved folder full of inspo – from beauty flat lays to campaign visuals and packaging moments • Naturally think in grids, color palettes, and typography – design isn’t just what you do, it’s how you see • Work well with a team, take feedback like a pro, and know how to keep things moving under pressure • Want to grow into a well-rounded designer across digital and physical formats Packaging Design (Training & Execution) • Support packaging design development for new and existing products under senior guidance • Support production needs including layout, print setup, file prep, and reviewing proofs • Learn and assist with production specs, typography for print, color callouts, and material finishes • Ensure all packaging aligns with brand guidelines while pushing the creative forward • Assist in the creation of influencer and PR mailers, ensuring all print elements are visually compelling and aligned with campaign goals • Contribute to the design of meeting materials, internal brand communications, and other collateral that brings the brand to life, including tools that support storytelling across sales touchpoints • A real passion for beauty – branding, packaging, product drops, and everything in between • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • A portfolio that shows off your digital design skills, eye for detail, and creative thinking • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and jumping between formats (social, ecomm, packaging) • Open to feedback, excited to learn, and easy to collaborate with • A design degree is great – but not required if your work speaks for itself
