We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who’s obsessed with beauty, has a sharp eye for design, and is ready to If you’re excited by bold branding, the inner workings of the beauty industry, or you’re the kind of Marketing Design (Digital, Social & Ecommerce) • Design digital assets that are fresh, branded, and scroll-worthy across social, email, and web • Create illustrations, icons, and branded elements to support campaigns and internal creative needs • Support product launches with campaign assets across owned and paid channels • Create visually elevated PDP (product detail page) assets that clearly communicate product benefits • Contribute to internal decks, moodboards, and branded presentations using PowerPoint and Canva • Assist with cropping, light retouching, and finalizing selects from shoots and brand productions • Stay tapped into creative trends and bring ideas that resonate with Gen Z audiences, all while keeping Packaging Design (Training & Execution) • Support packaging design development for new and existing products under senior guidance • Support production needs including layout, print setup, file prep, and reviewing proofs • Learn and assist with production specs, typography for print, color callouts, and material finishes • Ensure all packaging aligns with brand guidelines while pushing the creative forward • Assist in the creation of influencer and PR mailers, ensuring all print elements are visually compelling and
