Educational Requirements and Experience : • Minimum of three years’ experience graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting • Associate degree in Graphic Design or related field (Bachelor’s preferred) • Strong visual design experience and portfolio • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & Acrobat • Familiarity with MS Office • Basic understanding of project management workflow software and deliverables • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment • Innovative spirit, receptive to change and substantial organizational growth • Intense work ethic with a dedication to teamwork • Strong attention to detail and deadlines • Multitasking skills for handling multiple projects, cross-divisionally • Critical thinking skills for identifying and addressing concerns • Ability to build relationships and articulate ideas well • Excellent grammar and editing skills • Multimedia, video and photo editing knowledge preferred Language Ability: • Excellent writing, design and presentation skills required Eligible team members are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, paid time off and paid holidays.
