JR Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a full-time Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, digital and print advertisements, and website graphics. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters to promote our products and services • Create eye-catching digital and print advertisements for various platforms, including social media and print publications • Design graphics for our website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience for our online visitors • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand image and messaging • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and innovate our visual design approach • Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of all design materials • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project goals and provide design solutions that meet their needs Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects is required We are dedicated to providing life-saving education and training to healthcare professionals and the general public.
