JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring ideas to life

across a variety of client brands and campaigns. In this role, you’ll collaborate with other

designers, writers, strategists, and client relations team members to create compelling work

across digital, print, social, media, activations and more.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career designer who is passionate about design, eager to

learn, and excited to grow within an agency environment.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the creation of visual assets for digital, print, social media, presentations, and
marketing campaigns.

Support art directors and creative leadership in executing creative concepts and campaign
deliverables.

Brainstorm campaigns, looks, logos and more
Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution.
Revise and update designs based on client and internal feedback.
Maintain brand standards across multiple client accounts.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
Organize and manage design files, templates, and asset libraries.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure projects are completed


accurately and on schedule.

Research design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Assist with photo selection, image editing, and basic motion graphics as needed.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
0-2 years of professional graphic design experience (internships included).
Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and creative problem-solving.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
