Riad Tile is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the execution of creative projects across digital marketing, eCommerce, email, social media, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives. Assist in the creation of campaign assets for product launches, seasonal promotions, and editorial initiativesDesign marketing materials for email, social media, paid advertising, and website contentSupport integrated marketing campaigns through the development of cohesive visual assets across channelsPrepare production-ready files for digital marketing initiatives Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverablesPrepare and optimize imagery for web use, including cropping, retouching, and file optimization.Organize creative files, templates, and asset librariesPrepare files for handoff to internal teams and external partnersSupport ongoing updates to marketing collateral and brand materialsAssist with quality assurance and review of creative assets prior to launch Delivers high-quality creative assets on time and with minimal revisionsSuccessfully translates established creative direction into polished, high-quality deliverablesSupports efficient execution of marketing campaigns and product launchesMaintains strong brand consistency across all channelsContributes creative ideas while effectively executing established design directionHelps increase the overall output and efficiency of the Creative team All employment decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
