Junior Graphic Designer

Our client is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support a busy team in a fast-paced professional services environment. This role combines graphic design, marketing support, transaction coordination, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Adobe InDesign, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.Duration: 4 months, 40 hours per week, ability to move to FTE based on performance and business needsLocation: Onsite, Greensboro, NCRequired Qualifications

1+ years of experience working in a design role in a professional environmentStrong Adobe InDesign experienceExperience supporting sales, brokerage, marketing, or business development teamsStrong administrative and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe AcrobatExperience editing and redlining PDFsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyComfortable learning new software and web-based systemsCommercial real estate experience preferredKey Responsibilities

Create and update marketing materials using Adobe InDesignDesign graphics and assist with marketing copy developmentSupport transaction processing and documentation workflowEdit and redline listing agreements and other PDF documentsCoordinate communication with internal teams and external clientsProcess vouchers and maintain accurate documentationFollow up on emails and assist with day-to-day administrative tasksOrganize, manipulate, and maintain data within ExcelCoordinate signage orders for commercial propertiesSupport multiple projects while maintaining quality and accuracyIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
