We’re looking for a creative, technically sharp Jr. Graphic Designer who can take an original design (or customer supplied designed) and turn it into print-ready files for our production team. This role combines creative problem-solving with an opportunity to design custom artwork for apparel, signage, promotional products, and more.
This is an on-site position in our Alcoa, TN office. Remote applications will not be considered.
What You’ll Do
Create custom graphics for screen printing and signage projectsPrepare customer-supplied artwork in a variety of formatsSeparate artwork colors into compatible formats for screen printing productionCollaborate with the production team to ensure artwork translates correctly to printManage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneouslyCommunicate with sales team on art approvals and revisions
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or PhotoshopGeneral understanding of the screen printing and print processes a plusStrong sense of typography, composition, and hierarchy A creative problem-solver who can work within brand guidelinesOrganized and able to handle multiple projectsPortfolio or work samples required
