Jr. Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for carrying out direction from Design leadership for all digital facets of the brand, both on site as well as offsite paid marketing. This role focuses on creation, development, preparation, and execution of a wide variety of projects. • Ensure that work is produced to a high quality, with a consistent clear design, adhering to the Brahmin brand aesthetic. • Ability to prioritize in a high-volume project calendar in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field with 1 to 3 years of experience as a Production Artist or Junior Graphic Designer, fashion industry experience a plus • Experience in design/social/digital represented by a portfolio of work • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite • Experience concepting and creating engaging motion graphics for digital marketing channels • Firm understanding of all relevant social media platforms, as well as current trends in the landscape • Strong command of graphics, typography, layout, form and color • Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign • Ability to multitask to meet deadlines • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to work quickly with strong attention to detail • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Sense of urgency to complete projects/ tasks.
