The Marketing Assistant’s primary objective and duty is to help the marketing and processing team with tasks such as developing new and maintaining current business relationships, develops correct and effective proposals and quotes for current and prospective customers, and assists in expanding the business. The Marketing Assistant position requires experience with all the following: responsible for using relevant technology (Phone, Zoom and PowerPoint) to demonstrate our products and services presenting to clients, the creation and development of integrated marketing campaigns, the creation and the execution of social media campaigns/ presenting our clients’ message/products to the consumers, managing the calendars of team members, and managing vendor relationships. **Please know what a CRM is • Basic Experience with Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) • Able to manage an office environment with marketing principles in mind • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach • Experience in utilizing all social media forms, blog posting • Strong creative skills and innovative approach to publicity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Position is primarily responsible for general office administration, assisting in marketing, sales, producing and implementing campaigns internally and for a variety of clientele • Setting up and creation of client social media & GMB accounts • Creating social media calendars and post schedules for clients • Schedule Zoom or in-person meetings • Preparing and Conducting Client Presentations and Discovery Calls • Manage internal and external marketing projects from start to finish • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the team/client activities • Assist in establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers. • Ability to work independently while maintaining a teamwork mentality to ensure each event is operated smoothly to guest and managements satisfaction • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts • Qualified candidates will be capable of thinking strategically, planning proactively and executing brilliantly
