Responsibilities include: + Responsible for the layout, design, and production of GEDTS graphic design materials + Creating social media, email, collateral, video, brand communications and campaign designs + Soliciting and incorporating feedback on design products + Understanding and contributing to design ideas and concepts with the GEDTS brand and audience in mind + Assisting with Accelerated Pathways graphic design requests as needed Preferred skills: + At least 2+ years of graphic design experience in either agency, freelance, contract, in-house, etc., and/or equivalent training and educational qualifications. + Must... be skilled in using a variety of industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat); Portfolio required for consideration + Know how to follow brand guidelines and meet deadlines + Ability to retouch and manipulate images and illustrations + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite + Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas and explain the creative design process behind projects, and collaborate with team members + Good attention to detail and time management skills, and ability to work with quick turnaround times + Open to feedback and willing to make changes in designs What to expect from Pearson Did you know Pearson is one of the 10 most innovative education companies of 2022?
