Jr Graphic Designer

We are looking for a full-time Jr. Graphic Designer to join our growing design team to primarily help out with the production of our products, but you will also work on things like product design, social media and marketing materials. To be successful in this position you should have an eye for detail and combine strong creative and technical skills. * Personalize products to customer specifications * Efficiently place product on boards for cutting, minimizing wasted space * Develop new product concepts and designs * Create production ready files for new designs * Design marketing materials, social media posts, and in-house communications * Participate in internal creative reviews of new product * Work with the design team to ensure deadlines are being met * Assist in photo & video shoots * Communicate with our production team when issues arise * Report to our creative director for internal review of design materials * Manage the status of orders and communicate with the design team and production manager to ensure production runs smoothly ### You should have these things: * Training or experience in a graphic design related role or field of study * A great portfolio showcasing your past work * A solid working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop * An ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * Creativity skills with an acute attention to detail * Strong communication skills
