Working closely with mid and senior designers, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in digital design while learning the tools, processes, and best practices of marketing.EmailSupport the design and coding of weekly marketing emails under guidance from senior team membersExecute production tasks such as slicing assets, updating HTML, and preparing files for deploymentQA and troubleshoot emails to ensure links, creative assets, and formatting are accurate across devicesHelp maintain modular templates and design systems for efficiency and consistencyCollaborate with designers and marketing partners to adapt layouts for daily and seasonal campaignsAssist with last‑minute creative updates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detailBrand MarketingContribute to campaign creative across digital, and social assets to support brand storytelling and marketing initiativesProvide design support for seasonal campaigns and promotional launchesCollaborate with the Sr. Designer, Brand and Campaign to align email and campaign creative for a cohesive brand experienceRefine and enhance existing designs, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverablesCross-Channel CollaborationSupport other digital design needs across site, campaign, or brand creative when team priorities requirePartner with designers and cross‑functional teams to adapt creative for marketingStay current with design tools, trends, and digital best practices, applying learnings to daily workContribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detailRequired Skills And Qualifications1–2 years of digital design experience, or relevant internship/coursework in design, production, or marketingProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; basic familiarity with HTML/CSS preferredStrong eye for layout, typography, and responsive design fundamentalsHighly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and QA skillsCollaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a team environmentFamiliarity with email marketing platforms or QA tools a plusAbout Us Founded in 1956, Williams‑Sonoma, Inc. is the premier specialty retailer of high‑quality products for the kitchen and home in the United States.
