Junior Art Director

At Gelia, we’re looking for a Junior Art Director who’s building their craft and ready to level up. You’ll design. You’ll learn. What You’ll Bring: 1–3 years of professional design experience (agency experience a plus) A portfolio that shows strong fundamentals and creative potential across print, digital, social, and video Solid understanding of design basics—typography, color, layout, and composition Ability to take creative direction and translate it into thoughtful visual execution Willingness to collaborate, ask questions, and learn from feedback Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects with guidance Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools and platforms to support ideation and efficiency Experience designing for digital platforms Clear communication skills and a positive, team-first mindset Comfort with fast turnarounds and an ever-evolving creative environment A link to your portfolio showcasing polished work and creative growth
