Junior Art Director

C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions' client is a nationally recognized, independent, full-service advertising agency based in Milwaukee. They are seeking an early- to mid-career Art Director to develop and direct creative campaigns across multiple channels, collaborate closely with writers and account teams, and present ideas confidently to clients.

Responsibilities

Concept and develop creative campaigns across digital, social, video, and printPartner with copywriters to pitch big ideas from initial brief through final executionPresent creative work to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidenceDirect design execution to maintain visual quality and brand standards across deliverablesCollaborate with strategists and account teams to align creative with client objectivesManage multiple projects within a demanding production schedule
Skills

• Holds 3 to 5 years of experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar creative role, ideally within an agency environment• Demonstrates a portfolio that shows concept development and execution across multiple channels• Successful ideation and execution in both digital and traditional media• Shows proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign• Partners effectively with copywriters and cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts• Communicates and defends creative decisions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders•All candidates must be located and authorized to work in the United States.
