Below are more in-depth qualifications for this position. • Preference, 1-3 years’ experience in the floral industry, wedding, and events industry • Customer Service experience in the luxury category • Good attention to detail and well organized • Strong verbal and written communication skills • A problem solver and quick thinker • Have a creative eye and see the big picture • Graphic Design experience a plus • Ensure correct processing of customer orders • Working cooperatively with marketing and sales team to build new client relationships and develop proposals, building and maintaining relationships with repeating clients, hotels and businesses, interior designers, event and party planners, catering managers, venues, etc
