Summary The Junior Brand Designer will work closely with the Creative Director to help bring The Ginger People’s brand ideas to life. Design Execution: Producing digital and prints assets, including social media graphics, flyers, posters, and web bannersBrand Maintenance: Ensuring all designs adhere strictly to The Ginger People guidelinesSupport & Collaboration: Assisting the Creative Director with production tasksOffering input to creative meetings and sharing ideasPrepare and package final design files for production or handoffStay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practicesHelp create internal materials such as decks, one-pagers, and documentationSupport photoshoots, content creation, or asset sourcing when neededNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive.
