Junior Creative Designer

As a Junior Creative Designer you’ll design digital and creative assets across campaigns, content, and event experiences. Where You’ll Work Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, creative design, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAdvanced knowledge of the creative design field, typically obtained through education combined with experienceStrong proficiency in Figma, including wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypesStrong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design for web and mobileWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorA portfolio demonstrating professional design work and creative problem-solvingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven competence with Microsoft Office and standard marketing platformsExperience in B2B SaaS, supply chain, or retail technology industries preferredFamiliarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms preferredExperience designing for both digital and experiential/event environments preferred At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role.
