The Junior Designer will support the design and production of marketing and product materials, including packaging, digital assets, print collateral, and social media visuals. The Junior Designer will also assist with image selection, basic photo editing, and organizing design files and brand assets.QualificationsFoundational graphic design skills, including layout, typography, and color usage.Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar tools).Ability to create web and social media assets optimized for digital platforms.Strong attention to detail, including consistency in branding, formatting, and file management.Effective collaboration skills and openness to feedback from cross-functional teams.Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage part-time hours on-site in Greater Philadelphia.Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, preferably including consumer or health/beauty products.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Interest in skincare, health, or wellness industries is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
