Junior Designer

Location: St. Louis, MO Type: Full-Time We're looking for a Junior Digital Designer with a passion for creating engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. Design and build engaging HTML emails, digital banners, landing pages, and other marketing assetsSupport website updates and digital content production using responsive HTML and CSSTranslate design files from Figma and Adobe Creative Suite into polished digital experiencesCollaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to execute digital campaignsManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentApply digital design best practices to optimize usability, accessibility, and performanceEnsure creative assets maintain brand consistency across digital channelsAssist with production, testing, and quality assurance of digital deliverables Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)1–4 years of experience creating digital assets across email, web, and interactive platformsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD, as well as FigmaExperience using email marketing platforms such as Stripo, Mailchimp, and/or Salesforce Marketing CloudWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of responsive design principlesFamiliarity with content management systems such as WordPress is a plusUnderstanding of UX/UI best practices and how design decisions impact the user experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality digital workExcellent communication, collaboration, and time management skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
