This contract role offers hands-on experience with diverse brands while building your portfolio and developing professional skills under the mentorship of our senior design team and your direct supervisor.What You'll DoCore Production Design Work Apply existing visual identity systems to brand applications, including print materials, digital assets, signage, and marketing collateral Execute production design for established brand guidelines across various media Support client projects with fast turnaround capabilities and attention to detailDiverse Project Experience Print design (brochures, catalogs, packaging) Digital asset creation for social media and paid campaigns Visual identity buildouts under creative direction Web design implementation (Squarespace, Webflow) as needed Motion graphics and basic animations as neededRequirementsExperience & Skills Currently enrolled in university, recent graduate, or early in your creative career 1-2 years of design experience preferred Strong foundation in visual design principles and typography Ability to follow established brand guidelines while bringing a fresh perspective Excellent attention to detail and project management skillsTechnical Skills (Required) Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Figma Understanding of digital marketing asset requirementsTechnical Skills (Nice to Have) Squarespace and Webflow basics Motion graphics experience Basic web design/UX knowledgeAdobe Program Requirements Eligible to work in the US (remote positions available for US-based candidates) Successfully completed an Adobe commission project Completed at least one Behance Career Resource Center course Available for a minimum of 480 hours over 3-6 monthsContract Status This is a freelance/contract apprenticeship, not an employee position.
