Junior Digital Designer

Our mission is to create high-quality, health-beneficial products that help people look and feel their best. The Junior Digital Designer supports the Creative, Social and Ecommerce teams in executing social-first, performance-oriented creative across digital channels. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate with a strong design foundation and an interest in expanding skills across graphic design, photography, video, editing and modern AI-enabled tools. You will work closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners to assist in the creation, adaptation and optimization of creative assets, gaining hands-on experience in how creative drives engagement and growth in a high-performing beauty brand. Foundational design skills with coursework or internship experience across digital design.
