Junior Digital Designer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Digital Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career designer looking to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, graphic design, and website content management.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, enjoys problem solving, and is comfortable working independently on a variety of creative and web-related tasks.

This is primarily an in-office position with some flexibility for occasional work-from-home days.

Responsibilities

Design digital marketing materials including:social media graphicsdigital adsebooks and lead magnetsPDFs and client documentsprint materialsMake updates to client WordPress websites including:updating content and imagesformatting blog postscreating or editing pagesmanaging forms and integrationsbasic layout adjustmentsAssist with website content production using WordPress page buildersEnsure designs and website updates are accurate, polished, and aligned with client brandingWork with internal team members to complete projects on scheduleHelp troubleshoot minor website formatting or content issuesQualifications

1+ year of graphic design experience preferred, but strong recent graduates are encouraged to applyPortfolio showcasing digital and/or print design work requiredExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, including:PhotoshopIllustratorInDesignFamiliarity with WordPress preferredExperience with Figma is a plusBasic understanding of HTML/CSS is helpful but not requiredWhat We’re Looking For
