Junior Digital Designer

The Role We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our creative team and support the execution of 360° campaigns across multiple channels. In this role you’ll get to: Design and produce digital assets across channels including social, email, Shopify storefront, Amazon, and more Support 360 campaign rollouts from concept to execution Collaborate closely with midweight designers and the broader creative team Translate brand direction into compelling, on-brand visuals Work on a variety of deliverables, from static graphics to short-form video content Gain exposure to both brand and performance marketing creative What we are looking for in you: 1-2 years’ experience BA in Graphic Design or related field Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut Experience in beauty and/or fashion (preferred) Highly detail-oriented with a strong grasp of file organization, naming conventions, and asset hygiene Comfortable working within digital specifications (dimensions, DPI, file formats) and producing a high volume of precise, production-ready assets A strong portfolio that demonstrates design across multiple channels What it means to be part of Tangle Teezer: At Tangle Teezer, being part of our PAC means being Proud, Authentic, and Championing each other every day.
