We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer who’s hungry to grow their craft while producing smart, user-friendly digital experiences. Ideal candidates will have 1–4 years of experience in digital design and production—with a solid grasp of HTML and CSS to make their work come alive.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Designing and building engaging HTML emails, banners, and digital assets that look great across platformsSupporting website updates and landing page creation using clean, responsive codeWorking with HTML/CSSTranslating design files (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) into polished digital experiencesPartnering with creatives, account teams and clients to bring concepts to lifeJuggling multiple projects, priorities and timelines with confidenceApplying digital best practices to everything you touch—because performance matters

What You’ll Bring to the Party:

A bachelor’s degree in design, digital media, or a related field—or a portfolio that proves your talent1–4 years of experience creating digital designs across email, web and interactive channelsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and FigmaMust have knowledge of Stripo, Mailchimp and/or Salesforce email creation platformsWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an eye for detail in executionFamiliarity with CMS platforms like WordPress (a plus, not a must)Interest in UX principles and how design decisions impact the user experienceA collaborative spirit and strong communication skillsA proactive, can-do mindset—because deadlines don’t wait
