Junior Digital Designer

Who You Are As a Junior Digital Designer at Monolith Brands, your core focus will be creating engaging email layouts and templates that align with the visual identity of the various brands in our portfolio, driving results and maintaining brand consistency. In addition to email, you’ll support the creative team with a variety of digital projects, from social graphics to e-commerce assets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Social Media, and E-commerce to produce engaging graphics and other multimedia assets that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. What You Will Bring • 1-2 years of professional design experience (internship or agency experience considered) • Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or equivalent experience • Portfolio that highlights strong digital design work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus) and Figma • Familiarity with email design best practices (responsive layouts, accessibility, visual hierarchy) • Ability to balance creativity with consistency across multiple brand identities • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
