Junior Graphic Artist / Production Assistant (Entry-Level) — Prepress, QC & Office Support

Type: Full-time We’re hiring a Junior Graphic Artist / Production Assistant to help with print file prep, basic QC, and general support tasks that keep production moving. This position is intentionally entry-level / junior. We’ll train the right person, but you should have basic design fundamentals and be comfortable learning a structured workflow. General office / operations support • Help with basic office tasks that support production (shipping/receiving, labeling, organizing materials, restocking, light admin help) • Assist the team with small time-sensitive tasks as needed • You’re a great fit if you have • 0–2 years experience (school + internships count) • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator (InDesign a plus) • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow process • A “no task is beneath me” attitude (this role supports the whole team) • Dependable, organized, and able to handle repetitive work consistently • Nice-to-haves (not required) • Any exposure to print production / prepress • Familiarity with print specs (bleeds, color modes, dielines, etc.)
