The Junior Designer has original ideas and a keen eye for detail, with an openness to learn how to create impressive designs that promote the specific brand or product vision within the Sibcy Cline family of companies.Essential FunctionsUnderstand project requirements and initial concepts or ideas.Use graphic techniques to create drafts of work.Collaborate with Creative Services team to launch projects.Provide copywriting support, especially editing.Input and track all work that comes through department in the Work Order Ticket Management software system and communicate with stakeholders.Review and approve marketing invoices in accounting software system.Provide support and act as a point-of-contactforagents and clients viaadministrative tasks such asemail, phone calls, face-to-face or virtual meetingsor off-site meetings at branch offices.QualificationsSkills, Knowledge and AbilitiesKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, necessary (also Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or After Effects a plus).Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field.Interest in working in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround, customer-centric environment where customer expectations must be proactively managed.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite main products or willing to learn.Graphic design portfolio, with proven creativity and aesthetic skills.Work ContextThis job is fast-paced due to stream of incoming project requests and fluctuating deadlines.Employees in this role have frequent one-on-one interaction and communication with clients. Additionally, this job requires hand/eye coordination, repetitive motion, and a significant time sitting and interfacing with technology and screens.Must be able to lift 20+ lbs. to move equipment and boxes.
