The right candidate will have a passion for the outdoor lifestyle, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work on a wide range of projects.Key Responsibilities:Support Graphic Design department to meet project deadlinesAssist in creating print and digital marketing materials including signage, flyers, brochures, brand booklets, presentations, web banners, and social media assets.Product catalog maintenance (design, layout, edit, artwork finalization for web or print).Support packaging design and prep – dielines, production-ready files, color accuracy.Ensure brand consistency across multiple brands and marketsAssist in the development of trade‑show graphics and sales materials.·Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.·Create simple illustrations, iconography, and brand‑aligned logos.·Assist with print and pattern creation.Qualifications:Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic designStrong graphic design portfolio (school projects will be considered)Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopProactive, outgoing, positive can-do attitude, self-motivated, and the ability to work well within a team environmentAbility to handle artwork critiquesUnderstanding of current design trendsEagerness to learn quicklyStrong verbal and written communication skillsOrganizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlinesAbility to handle multiple projects at once and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWhy Work at Westfield Outdoors:Be part of a passionate, outdoor-loving team designing products that make a difference.Work with well-known retail brands and private label programs in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.Contribute to a wide variety of product categories and creative challenges.To Apply:Please submit your resume, cover letter, and a portfolio showcasing your work.
