We review every application and are always excited to connect with people who are passionate about automotive marketing and eager to make an impact.About The Role:This position is best-suited for a creative and detail-oriented, graphic designer and web developer.This role is perfect for someone early in their design career who’s ready to learn, grow, and support the creation of high-quality visual assets for automotive dealership clients.As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll assist in creating digital assets such as web graphics, banner ads, email layouts, and other marketing visuals. With support from senior designers and our Art Director, you’ll gain a strong foundation in how we create effective, on-brand digital assets for our automotive dealership clients.Shadowing members of our design team and Art Director to observe how creative assets are planned, designed, reviewed, and deliveredLearn how creative tasks move through our internal systems and how to manage project timelines and prioritiesStart applying your design skills to real projects with guidance, learning how to adapt your style to meet client and brand expectationsGain a solid understanding of the design standards we follow, including accuracy, OEM brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and co-op rulesBegin taking ownership of smaller design tasks while continuing to develop your skills and understanding of how design contributes to our larger marketing goalsBy the end of your first 90 days, you’ll be ready to contribute independently to the design process, creating clean, effective assets that meet both client expectations and internal standards.Compensation and BenefitsYour final compensation will be determined by your experience level and skillsetCompensation is reviewed every 6 monthsMedical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (Employer pays 50% of premiums)Simple IRA + 3% Matching Opportunity10 Paid Time Off days in your first year + your birthday. 20 PTO days after 10 years with our companyPaid HolidaysContinuous Training OpportunitiesFlexible Hours - This position requires employees to work onsite at our office for 7 hours per day (account manager roles may require additional hours due to travel and client schedules).
