JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER, MARKETING

In this role, the Jr. Graphic Designer will support the Creative Services Manager and DTC Visual Coordinator. They will be responsible for helping to build directives, schematics, and marketing components to help direct and tell a compelling brand and product story in our Wholesale Shops and Nautica Stores. In this fast paced but exciting role, you will work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing Department, and Design Team in executing deliverables that tell our overarching Nautica story and seasonal concepts to the world.Position Responsibilities Design and build directive books for Wholesale Partners and Nautica stores Execute signage and marketing kits for seasonal product and brand messaging Format and design assets for print and digital production Coordinate project schedule for Creative Services team with Traffic Coordinator Assist in builds and production of in-house creative presentations Ensure proper approval and proofreading process of all created assets Traffic design files to the Marketing Production Team Support other designers with projects as needed Position Requirements Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Excellent verbal and written communication skills A self-starter with a can-do attitude who works well under pressure Passion for graphic design to clearly relay information to peers and consumers Excellent typography and type face usage skills Excellent time management and organization skills Flexibility in schedule to complete large projects outside of normal work hours as necessary Preferred Skills Knowledge of video editing platforms like After Effects Passion for apparel, design, and the fashion industry Branding experience like icon, logo, or signage development BFA in Graphic Design or Illustration preferred SPARC Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
