Junior Graphic Designer Job at Buzz Brands - Corporate in Virginia Beach

Our current portfolio includes Pool Scouts, Home Clean Heroes, Wonderly Lights, and British Swim School. This position is based at our company headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA. As a Junior Graphic Designer, youll support our portfolio of brands by creating compelling visual assets that align with each brands unique style. Key Responsibilities • Design and produce marketing materials that cross every brand touchpoint, including digital ads, social graphics, email templates, flyers, postcards, signage, and presentations • Adapt existing creative for use across multiple brands and platforms • Collaborate with brand managers, digital marketing, and content teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables • Support franchisees with localized marketing requests (e.g., resizing assets, updating contact info) • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and seasonal promotions • Stay current on design trends and best practices in digital and print marketing • Other content marketing tasks as assigned, dependent upon experience Required Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field • Minimum one year of professional graphic design experience (internships included) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across print and digital media • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • A collaborative spirit and willingness to take direction and learn • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Familiarity with Canva and basic knowledge of file formats, specs, and production processes Why Buzz Franchise Brands • A fun, collaborative workplace with a passionate team • Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship • Work across four distinct and growing brands • Competitive pay and benefits package • A chance to help build brands that bring smiles to customers faces To apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter to [email protected].
