What You’ll Do • Support internal and external marketing initiatives through compelling visual design • Translate project goals, audience needs, and brand standards into effective creative solutions • Design a variety of assets including flyers, brochures, posters, presentations, PDFs, illustrations, logos, and digital content • Apply strong design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, and composition • Develop creative concepts, drafts, and final designs, presenting ideas when appropriate • Collaborate with designers, managers, and stakeholders through reviews and team projects • Communicate with field teams and internal partners to deliver materials for review and distribution • Incorporate feedback constructively to refine designs and strengthen skills • Participate in brainstorming sessions across departments to support marketing initiatives • Maintain brand consistency across all materials • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Assist with pre-production planning, file organization, and asset management If you’re ready to grow your design career while creating work that makes an impact, apply today to be part of The Ōnin Group.
