We are looking for someone that is excited about our industry and can bring a creative approach to design while maintaining our aesthetic and collaborating with the team. This person must have a proactive nature and a respect for deadlines. Desired Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Experience in a graphic design position (in-house a big plus) • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop) • Experience in packaging design strongly preferred • Experience in video, motion graphics and/or original illustrations are a big plus • Comfortable working in a team environment with artistic collaboration and shared projects • Ability to take in constructive criticism and produce quality work • Excellent eye for detail • Ability to creatively work within brand guidelines while also suggesting fresh, new ideas that fit the company’s vision • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under strict timelines • Stay up to date with current design trends and standards • Social media graphic design/ planning experience is a plus • Experience working with luxury and/or skincare brands is a plus • Experience with B2B and direct-to-consumer design, creative and messaging is a plus • Needs to work well independently, have excellent follow through skills and be proactive • Must possess strong organizational skills. • Must be happy to work in office • Must be supportive in having ambitious design standards for the brand • Thrives in a positive and fast- paced work environment Primary Responsibilities: • Assist Marketing Team’s day to day needs • Create assets for social, digital, email and print • Collaborate in developing new campaigns, sales tools, customer assets, etc. to drive brand awareness and retention • Collaborate with team to bring new ideas and creative concepts to elevate the brand’s messaging and marketing activities *PLEASE INCLUDE A COVER LETTER, RESUME, AND A LINK TO YOUR
