Junior Graphic Designer / Customer Service Associate

Job Overview:
Ink Spot Media is seeking a dependable and creative Junior Graphic Designer / Customer Service Associate to join our team! This role combines graphic design expertise with front-facing customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Create custom designs, graphics, and logos based on customer needsAssist customers in-store with order pick ups and general inquiriesTake and process customer orders accurately in the systemProvide quotes and communicate pricing to customersReceive and process paymentsAnswer incoming phone callsOrder and manage inventory/supplies as neededCollaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflowPrepare orders by placing shirts in bags with printed work ordersReceive finished products and notify clients for pickup, providing payment instructionsAssist with mail and shirt production tasks during slower front-office periodQualifications

At least 1 year of graphic design experience preferredExperience with design software, including: Affinity (e.g., Affinity Designer/Photo), Corel, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe IllustratorStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service and communication skillsDependable and team-orientedExperience with ShopifyExperience with PrintavoFlexible and willing to assist with production tasks as neededPositive attitude and willingness to learn , Strong Initiative, and ProfessionalismStrong computer literacy including data entryDemonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.Comfortable interacting with customers in person and over the phoneBenefits:
