About the Opportunity
We are building a freelance roster of Junior Graphic Designers to support a global beauty brand based in Los Angeles. This is an ongoing contract opportunity ideal for designers who thrive in fast-paced, digital-first environments and have a strong eye for social content and branding.
You’ll collaborate with a creative team to produce engaging, on-brand assets across social media and digital marketing channels. This is a remote role with occasional in-office collaboration required, so candidates must be based in Southern California.
What You’ll Do
Design high-quality creative assets for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)Create short-form marketing visuals, including static posts, stories, and digital adsDevelop and edit GIFs and motion-based assets for social and paid campaignsExecute brand-aligned creative across multiple campaigns and product launchesCollaborate with creative leads, social teams, and marketing stakeholdersIterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining strong attention to detailWhat We’re Looking For
1–3 years of graphic design experience (freelance or in-house)Strong portfolio showcasing social media design and digital contentExperience with branding and maintaining visual consistencyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus)Experience creating GIFs and light motion graphicsUnderstanding of social-first design trends and best practicesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have
