They are committed to building a strong brand identity and engaging audiences through visually compelling content across multiple channels.About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the development of high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, contributing ideas, and bringing marketing campaigns to life through engaging design. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and create visuals that drive engagement and business impact.Key Responsibilities Design & Creative DevelopmentCreate visually appealing graphics for digital and print (social media, email campaigns, website assets, brochures, presentations, and event materials)Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all materialsCollaborate with marketing to develop creative concepts aligned with campaign goalsDigital & Social MediaDesign engaging content for social platforms (images, infographics, basic animations)Support digital campaigns with optimized visuals for different platformsEnsure designs follow UX and accessibility best practicesPrint & Event MaterialsDevelop brochures, flyers, banners, and event signageSupport design needs for conferences, trade shows, and industry eventsBrand & CollaborationMaintain and evolve brand identity and guidelinesWork closely with Art Director and cross-functional teamsParticipate in brainstorming sessions and present design ideasProject ManagementManage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentOrganize and maintain design assets libraryStay updated on design trends and toolsQuality ControlReview and refine designs based on feedbackEnsure final deliverables are production-ready (digital and print)RequirementsMust-Have1–3 years of experience in graphic designStrong portfolio showcasing diverse design workProficiency in Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorSolid understanding of typography, color theory, and layoutExperience in both digital and print designStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication skillsAdvanced English (written and spoken)Nice-to-HaveBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fieldExperience in B2B or energy industryKnowledge of After Effects or motion graphicsExperience with 3D tools (Blender or similar)Why Join?Work in a creative and collaborative environmentBe part of impactful branding and marketing initiativesOpportunity to grow and contribute ideasExposure to international projects and teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
