Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator

Norma Precision Inc. seeks a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to support the development of marketing materials, digital content, and brand initiatives. Design and produce print and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, sell sheets, catalogs, dealer materials and displays, trade show graphics, presentations, social media graphics, email graphics, website banners, and promotional merchandise.Design, edit, and maintain product packaging, labels, box artwork, and supporting packaging components while ensuring compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and print production specifications.Create compelling visual content that aligns with Norma’s brand standards and marketing objectives.Stage and photograph products for marketing, e-commerce, social media, and advertising use.Capture photography and video content at company events, trade shows, dealer visits, and product launches.Edit, retouch, and optimize photos for print and digital applications.Create product renderings, mockups, and visual concepts for presentations, packaging, promotions, and product launches.Prepare production-ready files for print vendors and digital platforms.Maintain organized libraries of creative assets, templates, and project files.Collaborate with sales, product management, customer service, and leadership teams to develop marketing materials that support business objectives.Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables. Create and resize graphics for social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.Assist with content scheduling and asset management across marketing channels.Support product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns through content development and organization.Maintain digital content libraries and marketing resources.
