Junior Graphic Designer - Washington, DC

This role provides graphic design, digital media, and visual communication support within a fast-paced environment focused on strategic communication, public affairs, senior leader messaging, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement. This is an entry-level to early-career position requiring professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to follow direction in a formal federal customer environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong graphic design fundamentals, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, a basic understanding of Section 508 accessibility requirements, and the ability to support quick-turn communication products while maintaining quality and accuracy. Create visual content for digital, print, presentations, social media, web, and briefings. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
